One of our EYC'ers brings us this update on what they do on Sunday mornings:

May 2005 -- You've probably noticed that about the time of announcements or passing of the peace the high school kids come into the church. That's because every Sunday we start out in the youth room. A different teen prepares a song and sermon for the rest of the youth group every week; we read the psalm and the gospel, and discuses our understandings or opinions. Afterwards we hold our own "prayers of the people" where we share what's going on in our lives, and everything said in class stays there and we don't ridicule anything said, or pass judgment. It's a fun, friendly environment and we invite any high school aged people to join us. -- Jessica
