We were pleased to welcome Bishop Kirk Smith and his wife Laura to St. Andrew's on April 10 for the bishop's visitation. Bishop Smith celebrated mass in English at our 9:00 service, and "en Español" at our 11:30 service. It was a day of great celebration with a baptism, six confirmations, and three reaffirmations at the 9:00 service, and ten confirmations at the 11:30 service. A reception was held in the parish hall to honor Bishop and Mrs. Smith, our confirmands, those who reaffirmed their vows, and our newly baptized member. Somehow, Bishop Smith managed to squeeze in a forum between services, and a meeting with the vestry after the 11:30 service. Here are some highlights:
