
We were pleased to officially install our new Rector, The Reverend Melinda Archer, at St. Andrew's on February 8! Bishop Smith presided over a beautiful service which reflected the diversity of our congregation and the clergy in the diocese. We were blessed with the participation of some of the supply priests who did so much to keep us all on track throughout our interim period, including Fr. Bob Welch and Fr. Pat Renzulli. Fr. Salvador Ros, a close friend of Melinda's who was instrumental in her work in the Dominican Republic was our guest preacher, and members of Melinda's family and even parishioner from her last parish joined us for the celebration.
The "Ladies" of St. Andrew's hosted a lavish reception following the service, with food and fellowship that was a delight for all.
